The collection of a million signatures from all parts of the country has started today as the road to the BBI referendum has started. After attaining a million signatures the document will be presented before the 47 county assemblies for approved later introduced to the parliament.
Nominated MP Maina Kamanda in a statement has assured Kenyans that from Nairobi alone they can get all the signatures. He has said that they are working very hard to passing the report despite opposition from those rejecting BBI. Kamanda has said that people had time to give their views during the official launching of the BBI therefore nothing will be removed or added from the report.

He added that the report will be passed as it is and anyone who did not give their views during the official launch should not give them out now. Westland MP Timothy Wanyonyi has added that they do not need the deputy president to pass the BBI. In addition, Suba North MP asked Kenyans to read the report and ignore propaganda.Follow us in social media:
