THE PRESIDENT OF RWANDA PAUL KAGAME HAS CHAIRED THE CABINET WHERE THEY HAVE COME UP WITH GUIDELINES ON CULTIVATION AND EXPORT OF CANNABIS.

ACCORDING TO ANALYSTS NEW FRONTIER DATA HAS SAID THAT THE GOVERNMENTS TARGET IS TO EARN $345 BILLION FOR THEIR MARKET.

THOUGH THIS HAS BEEN MADE LEGAL, THE USE OF THE DRUG FOR MEDICAL OR LEISURE PURPOSES REMAINS ILLEGAL IN THE COUNTRY.

THIS DECISION HAS CAUSED CONFUSION WITH SOME WARNING IT COULD BE HARMFUL TO THE YOUTHS IF TOUGH CONTROLS ARE NOT ENFORCED.
