NGILU YET AGAIN ON THE MERCIES OF HER MCA’S.

today has suffered a huge set back as her petition to prevent her MCA from tabling a motion to impeach her was thrown out. High court judge justice Weldon korir has stated that her Case lacks merit.

The judge also sired that the petition was filed in Nairobi and not in his court in Kitui. The county MCA have the liberty of debating on the motion

On June 24, kitui governor moved to court to in a bid to obtain orders that forbade kitui county MCA’s from tabling the impeachment motion. Her grounds were that the impeachment motion denied her rights to a fair administrative action and fair hearing. She also sued the county assembly(first respondent) ,the speaker (second respondent)and the clerk of the Assembly (third respondent).
