WE WANT PEACE AMONG KENYANS
Kenyans have been warned by the National Integration and Cohesion Commission against taking the issue about debate on revenue sharing into a tribal issue.
Commissioner Wambui Nyutu has asked Kenyans not to cause dispute among themselves hence asked them to make peace and unity through their debate.
She added that some political leaders are the ones causing incites among Kenyans through their words as they fight over the third basis revenue sharing formula.
She noted that no one should feel more entitled to national resources because it’s every Kenyan right.
The commissioner who was speaking at Ihiga-ini Primary School in Maragua Constituency while checking renovation of classrooms expressed her support for the formula proposed by the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA).
Wambui said the formula is to make all counties equal and people should not observe it as if it is there to benefit the central region.Follow us in social media:
